:: Registration Information ::
Enrollment is limited in order to ideally match the number of students accepted with the number of faculty and the fixed capacity of our facilities.

Enrollment is on a first come basis. If space is not available in the Institute, you will be notified immediately before paying.  Due to the brisk response to pre-registration in 2007, some student class levels are almost full.

A separate Student Registration Form must be completed for each student.

All registration takes place online.

  1. When you submit an online application, an email is automatically sent to the student’s private teacher to verify the student’s playing, musicianship/improvisation, and orchestra levels.  (You will need to have your teacher's email address to complete the online registration so make sure you have that information at hand as you begin the online application.)  It could be helpful if you alerted your teacher to be watching for this computer generated email coming from:  forms@coloradosuzuki.org.

  2. When we have received an email back from the home teacher verifying the appropriate levels for your student we will respond to the teacher by email so they know we have received their confirmation.  Next we email you an invoice showing fees due.

  3. You are able to pay the tuition invoice online securely using Visa or MasterCard.  If you prefer to pay by check, you can print out the invoice and mail it to us along with your check.  The date of your completed registration is based upon the date we receive payment for fees in full.

  4. After we have received your payment in full, the registration is considered complete and we reserve a space for you!   We will send you a confirmation number via email within 3 working days.

  5. With your musical confirmation number, you can then make your lodging reservation.

  “Current piece” means the piece being studied at the time of enrollment.

Teachers registering for teacher workshops or as observers complete the online Teacher Registration Form.

No student registrations accepted after May 1, 2008 without permission from the director. Phone or email for space availability.

:: Refunds ::
In the event that you decide to cancel your registration, notify the Colorado Suzuki Institute in writing. There is a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee per participant. If enrollment is full or a teacher-training course is canceled, all registration and course fees will be refunded.
