The Colorado Institute of Music promotes and supports excellence in music education for teachers, parents, and students worldwide. Our mission is to have the beauty and power of music bring joy and love into the lives of all people.
The Colorado Suzuki Institute provides an opportunity for students, parents and teachers to study the philosophy and teachings of Dr. Suzuki and the principles of Talent Education. As a supplement to year-round lessons, the Colorado Suzuki Institute provides stimulation and enjoyment for students of all ages and levels. Parents have the opportunity to share ideas and learn new skills for working with their children. Teachers enhance their skills through workshops, classes, and observation of outstanding master teachers at work. The Colorado Suzuki Institute is family friendly, offering parent education lectures and videos at no additional charge, and optional classes for siblings.
